Support your Immune System!
We can do several things to build our immune system using simple tactics that are tried and true from the beginning of time.
First, know your weaknesses. If you are a person that tends toward Respiratory conditions, strengthen that area using herbs like Lobelia (Asthma), Lungwort (reduce inflammation), Plantain Leaf (Cough) or Elecampane (relax bronchi) just to name a few. You can find these and many other bulk herbs at your local Co-Op or Health food store.
Other plants like Eucalyptus and Oregano Leaf are strong alkaloids to ward off bacteria and viruses, they bring strength to the lung pathways. These are best used as balms or oils on the chest or diffused in the air.
If you are someone who tends to catch colds easily (colds are viral) you need to strengthen your Immune system by creating more white blood cells in your body.
Here’s how your immune system works:
Hopefully, you have built a strong Microbiome (gut) over the years, if not, do a Health Inventory to assess if you need to create more strength in your intestines where the immune system begins.
One way to quickly create good bacteria is to ingest it through the Digestive System. When you eat fermented foods (yogurts, sauerkraut, Kim Chi, Kombucha, etc.) or take a strong probiotic, these microbes go deep into the colon walls and colonize into good bacteria that make white blood cells. These Bacteria/Virus fighters are sent to the Spleen for storage in case you need them.
In other words, you need to have a functioning gut in order for all this to work. If you are constipated, bloated, gassy or have bowel issues, these have to get corrected in order for you to be able to colonize good bacteria in the gut.
Makes sense, right?
Do not become Immuno-compromised! Get a session of Colon Hydrotherapy that will HELP you create an environment for your body to make white blood cells. Chronic conditions will hinder this process and you will have low immune function and be susceptible to pathogens.

Along with a healthy diet, sleep and mitigating stress, consider taking Vitamin C, Glutathione, Green (mineral) powder and lots of fluids.
These are the basics and I don’t think we need to get fancy. Wash your hands, keep positive, take supplements, get a colonic, drink water and have items at home that you will need if you are not feeling well and need to stay home.
Keep yourself balanced and calm knowing your immune system is doing its job to keep you healthy and strong.
