Service Description

This unique Infrared Sauna is low EMF and high heat, giving the experience of a deeper sweat in order for the Skin to push out toxins from the Lymph and Tissue of the body. It is especially impacting after a session of Lymphatic Drainage or Colon Hydrotherapy because the body is primed to release. This Sauna was chosen for the ability to have the head out of the heating unit to breathe fresh, filtered air and not heat the Brain. You'll have the entire hour to use the Sauna but get stellar benefits in just 20 mins. Wear loose clothing to put on after sweating. Fluoride free, filtered water is available and you'll leave after your session at your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations and rescheduling can only be made 24 hours before your session. I do not offer refunds after the 24 hour grace period. Contact me at and I will reach out to my waitlist if you have a last minute cancelation request. It is not guaranteed, but I always do my best to accommodate the scheduling needs of my clients.
