We'll talk through what you're experiencing, how long it's been going on, and what may be driving it, from a gut-brain-axis perspective rather than a symptom checklist. Drawing on nearly 30 years of practice, I'll help you understand what's actually happening in your body and map out a clear next step, whether that's a treatment plan or simply more clarity on what to try next.
